PAYMENT INFORMATION: I accept personal checks, money orders or major credit cards via PayPal processing. PayPal is safe, secure and trustworthy.
Payment must be received within 2-3 days. Personal checks must clear before I can ship, usually 3-4 days.
SHIPPING COSTS & HANDLING: Will be stated on invoice prior to payment. Once payment is received and cleared, I ship USPS only. Half-Penny is not responsible for breakage or loss during shipping. USPS is fast & efficient!
SPECIAL ORDERS: I need a month's notice for any special order. When a special order is complete, an email will be sent for payment arrangements.
RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to me within 7 days in the original packaging and original new condition. I will refund the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fee. I do not accept returns on any custom or personalized items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return delivery method can be any of your choice, but COD deliveries will not be accepted.
